Peter Madrigal called out Charli Burnett for stating she never worked at SUR despite appearing on Vanderpump Rules.
SUR’s long-time manager took to social media to expose the misinformation Charli spread when she appeared on The Viall Files.
Peter remembers Charli working at SUR, despite her claim:
“What is she talking about? Am I going crazy? I literally remember telling her what section to take! Do I actually work at SUR? Lol. I do. Unless it’s all a simulation and we’re all in the matrix.”
Peter later slipped into the comments of Instagram’s @seeyounextmondayy‘s post to write, “I’ll have something to say. Stay tuned. 😉.”

Although Charli was introduced as a SURver during season 8, she recently admitted she never actually worked at SUR. Her role on the show allegedly came through her talent agency, which pitched the opportunity as a series following the lives of “young actors in LA.”
“I had no idea what Vanderpump Rules really was or really grasped what I was getting myself into.” Charli stuck around until season 11, but ultimately walked away before filming began.
She explained that something didn’t feel right at the last minute, even though contracts were in motion and cameras were ready to roll. “I just couldn’t do it. They got the contracts. We were talking for months. Then, the day came to sign on the dotted line. Something told me not to do it.”
