Real Housewives of Potomac‘s Monique Samuels is not only back on our screens, but she can also be found on bookshelves!
In an interview with PEOPLE, Monique detailed what fans can learn from her memoir, which was released on January 4th.
The book:
Love Letters from Versions of Myself: A Memoir of Self-Discovery, Transformation, and Healing is a collection of unfiltered tales from Monique’s life. Monique’s tales are coupled with the spiritual guidance that helped her move forward after her first stint on RHOP.
In Love Letters from Versions of Myself, Mo promises a candid look at the life viewers have witnessed on the show. Each of the seven chapters is framed through a love letter addressed to her past, present, and future selves. Monique’s memoir will be the center of her sip-n-read event during the show’s 13th episode of the season.
Monique detailed the methods and practices she adopted to find tranquility. Throughout her book, she encourages readers to follow the same path. The “personal development guide to gain clarity and healing” traces Monique’s struggles. That includes her marriage and divorce, becoming a business owner, motherhood, and her quest for authenticity and peace.”
“Using the ancient steps of alchemy and shadow work, I guide you through the same transformative path that led me to healing, self-love, and inner peace,” the book’s synopsis reads. “Each chapter ends with a heartwork exercise that invites you to look within, confront your truth, and craft your own evolution.”
The book contains prompts and exercises throughout, including space for readers to write their own love letters to themselves.
