Shahs of Sunset alums Mercedes ‘MJ’ Javid and Tommy Feight worked out a custody agreement and visitation schedule for their 6-year-old son, Shams.
Us Weekly reported the stars of Bravo TV‘s upcoming series The Valley: Persian Style‘s deal.
Case closed (for now)
MJ and Tommy walked into mediation without an appointment. The exes were able to hash out a deal regarding their son and submitted it to the court.
The judge signed off on the deal the same day.
MJ filed for divorce in October, after seven years of marriage. She asked the court to award her primary legal and physical custody of Shams. Tommy was granted visitation. He filed court docs opposing MJ’s request for primary custody of their kid, pleading with the judge to grant him joint legal and physical custody.
In his response, Tommy included a declaration where he insisted he was a good dad. “I am an involved and committed father to our son. I participate fully in his daily routine, including school drop-offs and pickups, bedtime, meals, activities, and homework.”
Cameras don’t lie:
MJ’s friend/co-star, GG Gharachedaghi, leaked an upcoming storyline for The Valley: Persian Style about Tommy’s treatment of his son’s mother. “There’s a scene that everyone is gonna see come out. You can’t make this sh*t up.”
“What happened while we were filming is a situation that happened with MJ and Tommy. You really get to hear and experience what this domestic situation is like.”
