Teresa Giudice‘s dorter, Milania Giudice, laughed during her domestic violence arrest, as seen in footage obtained by Page Six.
The now 20-year-old, whom we saw grow up on Real Housewives of New Jersey, was seen handcuffed in the back of a Montville Police Car. She seemed to scoff as she spoke while an officer fastened her seatbelt. Milania then looked toward the open door, let out a laugh, and turned back around to face forward with a smile on her face.
Another officer’s dashcam footage showed Teresa and Milania’s stepdad, Louie Ruelas’ home, “but the video was heavily redacted.”
Milania was booked on one count of simple assault and released pending her next court appearance. She has pleaded not guilty.
According to the police report from the incident, Milania was “throwing food [and] candles” during the “domestic violence dispute” at Teresa and Ruelas’ residence.
During her arraignment on Tuesday, the judge alleged that Milania “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, LR, in the head with her fist, causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute in violation of … a disorderly person’s offense.”
Earlier this week, more details emerged from Milania’s DV arrest. Milania “[Struck] the victim, L. R., in the head with her fist.”
Teresa’s other dorter, Gabriella Giudice, called 911 just before 6:15 p.m. and said her “sister [was] acting erratically.”
