Teresa Giudice‘s dorter Milania Giudice was seen in court for allegedly “striking the victim, L.R., in the head with her fist.” Louie Ruelas (Milania’s stepdad) shares a name with one of his sons, Louie Ruelas Jr.
The 20-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey personality appeared virtually in Montville Township Municipal Court on Tuesday. The judge alleged that she “did knowingly cause bodily injury to another, specifically by striking the victim, L.R., “causing redness to the middle of the victim’s forehead, during a domestic dispute, a disorderly person’s offense.”
Milania’s attorney, Alan Kraminsky, spoke on her behalf before she was read the Miranda Rights. The college student confirmed she is a U.S. citizen and that she’s aware her council filed a ‘not guilty’ plea on her behalf.
He ordered her back to court for a hearing in August and notified her that if she is found guilty, her sentence could include up to six months in jail, probation, and fines of more than $500.
Milania was arrested for domestic violence at her mom and Louie’s Ruelas’ home. Her sister, Gabriella, called the cops on her as she was “acting erratically.” According to the Montville Police Department arrest report, Milania was “throwing food [and] candles” during the “DV dispute.”
Milania was ultimately placed under arrest with “double-locked” handcuffs and charged with one count of simple assault.
