Mauricio Umansky‘s mystery woman was identified. According to a claim from Deux Moi, the Real Husband of Beverly Hills was caught locking lip with “33-year-old actress and model, Nikita Kahn.”
The star of Netflix‘s Buying Beverly Hills is best known as the husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards. The estranged couple was married 27 years, but announced their separation nine months ago.
If you run Nikita’s name through Google you will learn Nikita is “European-born [and] Los Angeles-based. The multi-faceted model is also an “actress and an animal advocate who is passionate about creating a lifestyle full of beauty, meaning, and connection.”

Who is Nikita Kahn?
Mau’s new lady friend “is an Ukrainian-American actress, model and entrepreneur who has also made headlines for her past relationship with tech billionaire Larry Ellison, co-founder of Oracle,” according to Deux.
Her online bio states Nikita was “raised in the Soviet Union. She earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality tourism and an MBA (Master of Business Administration). Later, she permanently relocated to The States.
