What to expect:
The vibe feels exactly like The Circle on Netflix. Isolated contestants who communicate through an app.ย The Traitors is channeled with the promise of backstabbing and betrayal.
Like The Circle, the cast consists of ‘normal’ people rather than ‘celebs’ … except for Andy King, who you may remember for being meme’d after Netflix’s FYRE: The Greatest Party That Never Happened documentary. Also, there are a couple of reality competition show personalities in the mix.
As a big fan of The Circle, it’s best described as Big Brother, but isolated and through an app. Being that The Circle is only accessible to Netflix customers, I’m excited this concept can be enjoyed by others.
