Lawsuit Against Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Lisa Barlow And Vida Tequila Was Dropped

The lawsuit against Real Housewives of Salt Lake City‘s Lisa Barlow and Vida Tequila has been dropped. According to reports from TMZ, Lisa’s “lawyers have notified her that this lawsuit was dismissed.”

In case you missed it:

The RHOSLC star and her husband, John Barlow, faced a second lawsuit from someone claiming the couple “borrowed tons of money for her Vida Tequila company, but never paid it back.” Legal docs indicated plaintiff William M. McGeary alleged John told his son that Vida Tequila needed cash for “raw materials” to fulfill orders.Per his son’s advice, William claims to have lent the reality tv stars “$400K through his trust.” Additionally, “the terms were crystal clear — the due date to pay the money back was December 27, 2023.”Allegedly, “the trust even sent a letter in November explaining it expected the loan to be paid in full — but McGreary claims Lisa, John, and Vida Tequila still haven’t coughed up a dime.”

At the end of the day, none of this matters as Bravo’s Baby Gorgeous and her husband were cleared of any crime.

This isn’t the first time Lisa and Vida were named in a lawsuit:

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star plans to hold her former colleague accountable for saying they have over $400K in unpaid loans. TMZ caught up with the RHOSLC star to discuss the lawsuit against her.

“Bart Carlson was once a business partner in a restaurant in Park City. And, I thought, a friend,” began the Wendy’s influencer. “I am deeply saddened that he has decided nine years after our restaurant business ceased to claim that I owe him money. To be very clear, the claim that I owe Bart or his company money is untrue. I pay my bills and obligations and I always have,” snapped Lisa.

“In addition, Bart has no interest in Luxe Marketing or Vida Tequila and did not invest in either business. I look forward to the truth coming out.” Finally, “I intend to hold Bart fully accountable for any damage this personal attack may cause me or my businesses.”

Nothing has come of this lawsuit either, for the record.
