Summer House‘s Lindsay Hubbard might not have walked down the aisle, but she is helping women create their own happily ever afters!
Prior to her called off engagement from costar turned fiancรฉ Carl Radke, Lindsay purchased three dresses to don on her big day. She ,of course, turned to wedding dress mecca, Kleinfeld, in hopes of saying, “yes to the dress.”
In an exclusive People interview, Lindsay documented her journey to finding the perfect dress.
“There are days that I’m the simple classic bride, and there are days that I am the embellished sexy bride, and then there are other days where I’m more romantic and lacy.โ
While she may not have had the opportunity to showcase all her wedding looks, she’s making sure they won’t go to waste.
To help launch Kleinfield’s newest endeavor — Kleinfild Again — the Summer House star lent her name and wedding dresses to a good cause.
100% of Lindsay’s dresses sold via Kleinfeld Again (Kleinfeld’s new resale marketplace) would benefit Chick Mission — a non profit that provides newly diagnosed women with cancer options to preserve fertility through direct financial support, educational programs, and advocacy efforts.
“I thought that watching the reunion was the last and final step in my healing process of my broken engagement,” Lindsay begins in her speech at the Kleinfeld Again event.
“I got talking to Kleinfeld, and I have these dresses — these beautiful dresses — sitting in my closet with nothing to do and I realized that was the final step.”
She closed out her speech with “I bought these dresses out of love and they deserve a second home out of love.”
