Layla Taylor gave fans an update on her mental health journey amid the new season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

The SLOMW star took to Instagram to reveal she is no longer taking GLP-1 medications after opening up during Season 4 about struggling with her relationship with weight loss.
“For the past two years, I’ve been struggling silently with an eating disorder I believed I had left behind in high school,” Layla wrote in a March 15 caption.
“Far before I touched GLPs, I’ve had my struggles.”
Layla shared that she is currently in treatment and focusing on recovery.
“I’m still in treatment and no longer on the medication. I’m still learning how to choose self-love over self-criticism,” she continued.
The reality star explained that being healthy and present for her children matters more than any number on the scale.
“I’m still fighting — not just for me, but because my boys deserve a healthy, present mom. So grateful for those in my life that helped me through that low time.”
