Attorney Ronald Richards revealed that Erika ‘Jayne’ Girardi had a bank account opened for her by her lawyer, Jim Wilkes, who gives her money.
“To state the obvious, [the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s] account was funded by Florida residents,” wrote the attorney, summarizing his following statement.
Legal deets:
Ronald Richards posted facts. “Erika Girardi finally publicly admits Jim Wilkes opened a bank account for her in Florida and is giving her money. Why? She states in a formal response in a Florida court .. Why is Jim Wilkes giving her money and where is he getting it from?
Erika answered, “To the best of my recollection, I had one bank account opened for me by my friend and personal attorney Jim Wilkes in the State of Florida. It was opened at the national bank chain Wells Fargo.”
“The account number will be provided if the Court so orders and appropriate confidentiality stipulations are executed prior to its disclosure.”
“To the best of my knowledge, the source of the funds was Jim Wilkes. The purpose of the account was for my personal use. I did not come to Florida to open that account. I never accessed that account from within Florida.¨
Ronald described Erika’s statement as “an admission a long time coming.”
Also, the amounts Jim gave to Erika and the source(s) need to be disclosed, added the attorney.
