OG Season 1 fan-favorite couple Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton just announced theyāre expecting their first child ā and the news is extra special after four years of infertility struggles.
The couple shared their joyful update in a People exclusive, revealing that their pregnancy journey involved IVF.Ā
āWe were counting down the day till we could test,ā Cameron shared. āWe knew, okay, this is the day that weāre going to do the test. Of course, weāre going in for a blood test later that day, but we couldnāt wait any longer.ā
But nothing beat the moment they saw āpregnantā pop up on their at-home test.
āWe flipped it over. We saw the word pregnant, and that was just a huge moment,ā Cameron said.
Lauren opened up about how deeply meaningful the timing has been. After losing her father in December, this baby became a beacon of hope.
āWe took this test at the end of January, beginning of February, so this was literally light in the darkness,ā she shared. āThe spark that my whole family needed.ā
Honestly, Lauren and Cameron might be the gold standard of reality TV romance. Their chemistry was undeniable from the pods to the altar ā and now theyāre bringing that same love into parenthood. That child is going to be so loved.
