Kyle Richards is setting the record straight on whether or not she’s a smoker.
The RHOBH star responded to a viewer on Threads who called her out for pretending not to partake after Luann de Lesseps offered her a vape to “calm down.”
The confusion stems from a past moment when Kyle was seen offering Luann a vape.
“I do not smoke at all,” Kyle began in her own defense.
“I did give Luann a vape on the first Ultimate Girls Trip. I gave it to her because I don’t smoke and they were at the house we were staying at.”
Kyle explained that one of the reasons she chooses not to smoke is because she’s lost several loved ones to cancer.
“I lost a LOT of family members to cancer,” she continued.

“Both parents and three half siblings. I am EXTREMELY anti smoking. Anyone who knows me knows that.”
ICYMI: Kyle recently celebrated four years of being alcohol-free in July 2026.
The Beverly Hills Housewife cited a few reasons for giving up alcohol, including feeling like people only loved “Party Kyle” when she drank.
Drinking also caused what she described as “alcohol doom” the following day, which only added to her anxiety.
