Paige DeSorbo‘s exit from Summer House really affected her close friends, Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke.
Turn the Paige:
“It’s so sad not to have her in the house during the summer,” began Amanda. “It’s like when your best friend just leaves, moves from your hometown, and doesn’t go to your school anymore.”
Amanda reasoned, “It’s weird, but I’m not surprised by it. I think we all saw it coming.”
Kyle noted that he “knew eventually the time would come. But, still it surprised me. And I was sad. It didn’t really hit me til I posted about it and I clicked post. Then I started crying.”
Amanda called Kyle out. “This man sobbed. He was crying uncontrollably on the couch. He had tears running down his face. Kyle couldn’t stop crying. I was like, ‘You’re fine.'”
Kyle detailed, “Like I said it didn’t really hit me. I knew about it for like ten days, I was going to connect with her. But she’s busy. Then, I decided to post about it and it didn’t really feel real until I hit the post button. Now, I’m getting worked up,” an emotional Kyle explained. “It’s been a wild ride. It’s been amazing having her a part of it.”
Paige’s Bravo colleagues took to social media to respond to the news:
While Kyle sobbed over Paige, others responded to the news.
“What a success story!” Andy Cohen commented. Paige wrote in reply to him, “I am honored.”
Carl Radke took to Instagram, where he posted a throwback photo of Paige sitting on his lap with her arm wrapped around his shoulders. “What a time,” he wrote over the photo. “Love you Paige.”
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City‘s Bronwyn Newport and Lisa Barlow also took to the comments of the Bravo Instagram post. “You’ll be missed! A fashion icon!” Bronwyn wrote. “Paige will always be perfect,” Lisa added, along with two red heart emojis.
“You will be missed,” the Real Housewives of Orange County cast member, Tamra Judge, commented.
