Jay Cutler is DUNZO after getting arrested for Driving Under the Influence and carrying a gun while intoxicated … among other charges.

Kristin Cavallari‘s ex-husband/baby daddy was booked in a Tennessee jail for DUI, failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law, and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

According to reports from TMZ, “Cutler was booked into the Williamson County Jail, where he posed for a scruffy mug shot. Jay posted $5,000 bond and was released later that night, according to a rep for the Franklin Police Department.”

During an episode of her podcast, Let’s Be Honest, MTV‘s pioneer reality tv star explained how dating is going to look different for her moving forward now that she and The Montana Boyz’ Mark Estes broke up.

“When I was dating, I still doing split custody with my ex.” The former arrangement was Kristin had one week with the kids, then they would spend the following week with Jay. That gave Kristin a lot of free time. “I had every other week off from my kids.”

“That’s changed,” announced Kristin with no further explanation as to why the custody arrangement was modified. One thing’s for sure … Jay’s DUI is certainly not going to get him more time with his kids.
