Kristen Doute has officially responded to the Luke Broderick breakup rumors.
The Valley star reshared her boyfriend’s Instagram Story, which featured the original blind item.
Luke also tagged Kristen, adding, “Love you Kristen.”
Kristen added her own two cents, calling out fans who are buying into the rumors.
“You guys. It’s a f-cking REDDIT RUMOR. Since when did we start believing what we read on Reddit,” she wrote on Oct. 21.
A user in The Valley subreddit claimed an unverifiable source confirmed the couple is “on the outs” and living separately following a major fight after filming the Season 3 reunion.
However, when it comes to Bravo blind items, there’s usually at least some smoke behind the fire.
Just look at Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke, who vehemently denied claims they were living apart before ultimately announcing their split earlier this year.
And with where we last left Kristen and Luke, the idea of them taking some space doesn’t seem that far-fetched to me.
In fact, I was hopeful to hear it.
ICYMI: During Season 3 of The Valley, we watched Kristen and Luke in the throes of new parenthood as Kristen navigated postpartum life.
The couple also discussed expanding their family beyond daughter Kaia, who was born June 11, 2025. Luke especially wanted to get the baby ball rolling to limit “pregnant Kristen” time as much as possible.
Seemingly, Luke grew resentful of relocating to Los Angeles from his many acres in Colorado, and even more so of Kristen’s expectation that he stay home with her and Kaia in lieu of partying.
The Valley Season 4 is currently filming, so I’m sure we’ll learn whether there’s actually any “smoke” behind this rumored fire.
