Tom Sandoval clapped back at Kristen Doute after she revealed he tried to come on her podcast to defend his short-lived lawsuit against Ariana Madix. The Valley star explained how Tom attempted to use her and Luke Broderick drive the narrative he was bamboozled by his lawyer.
Kristen’s original statement:
On Kristen and Luke’s Balancing Act podcast, she revealed, “Tom Sandoval invited me – in a text from his phone to my phone – to his birthday party.”
“He also, dare I say, had the AUDACITY to ask me if he could come on my podcast to talk about something else. I declined because it’s not something I wanted to touch with a ten foot pole. It would be great for our ratings. Would the fans love it? Absolutely.”
“But, what Tom wanted to talk about and clear his name of – I’m sure you can all guess – this podcast, Balancing Act, is not the platform for that. I am fucking loyal. And some of these hoes ain’t loyal. I’m trying not to lose my shit right now [and] not to cuss even though I’m cussing. This is just mind blowing. I’m so happy Tom had this realization however this came to him. Whatever epiphany it took.”

Luke’s phone to Sandoval- “Hey man. Kristen and I are just about to record a podcast coming out later today. Saw your post” about dropping his lawsuit against Ariana. “Kristen says we’re going to talk about it. Would you like to ‘call in’ or say anything else about the whole ordeal? For the record, I told her that it’s probably a lawyer move to separate him from Ariana in [the] dumb Rachel lawsuit.”
Tom’s commentary:
The karaoke enthusiast added text to his screenshot of his text from Luke. “Really, Kristen. I had the ‘audacity?'”
“I know this really didn’t come from Luke Broderick minutes after I made a statement … BTW, [I] always have love for Luke.”
