Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann jointly filed to dismiss their divorce proceedings.
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple updated their paperwork on February 21st, according to The US Sun.
Divorce deets:
Theย NFLย star initially filed for divorce on August 24, 2023, but theย divorce case is now completely closed.ย It is unclear what triggered the abrupt change of heart inย their ugly divorce, especially considering Kim’s claim from February 18th.
Just days before the dismissal, Kim claimedย Kroyย had an undiagnosed mental condition. Also, that Kroy is prone to “angry and emotional outbursts, which include profanity-laden tirades,” aimed at her and their children. There were “bouts of physical violence” and “extreme sexual promiscuity” according to Kim.
Kim had asked for an emergency hearing for a psychological and medical evaluation of Kroy, because she was allegedly concerned about his “mental health, and whether Father is suffering under the ill effects of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).”
Re: CTE …
The former peach holder requested an emergency hearing for a psychological and medical evaluation of Kroy. She was allegedly concerned about his “mental health, and whether Father is suffering under the ill effects of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE).”
“Fatherโs inability to refrain from disparaging Mother in front of and to the children, as well as his explosive temper, raises concerns that Father is suffering from an undiagnosed mental health disorder which may require follow-up or treatment.
“Left untreated, Mother is gravely concerned about the Childrenโs best interests when left in the care of Father.”
Kim and Kroy’s living sitch:
Kim admitted in court that she and Kroy were still living together in the marital home in February. This was months after the house had been sold at a foreclosure auction in December 2024.
It is unclear if the living arrangement contributed to the divorce being dismissed.
The new owners of Kim and Kroy’s estate began the legal process to remove them from the property in December. The owners claimed the pair “holds the premises over and beyond the term for which they rented to them,” and sought possession of the home.
By December 21, the owners had filed paperwork stating that Kim and Kroy had been served with papers to kick them out. After multiple unanswered filings, marshals intervened and officially removed them from the home on April 8, 2025.
Four deputy marshals arrived at the property around 3:30 p.m., and by 6:45 p.m., the homeโs occupants were gone. The marshals checked the box confirming that the pair had been “ejected” from the residence.
