Kim Zolciak has filed to divorce her baby daddy AND get primary physical custody of their kids!

Kim claims the marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”
The Tardy For the Party singer is “asking for primary physical custody of the kids and joint legal custody … Kim also wants spousal support and to legally restore her maiden name.”
Bills, bills, bills:
News of the split came just after the NY Daily News reported Kim and Kroy “owe the IRS more than $1 million.”
They allegedly owe the “Internal Revenue Service $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, interest, and penalties for the years of 2013, 2017, and 2018.”
That’s not all …
Kim and Kroy also owe “$15k in unpaid taxes to the state of Georgia for 2018.”

Just three months ago, the Biermanns’ Georgia mansion was reportedly in foreclosure. Neither Kim nor her daughters Brielle and Ariana Biermann, planned on leaving the family home despite communication from the bank.
