Kim Zolciak is facing nearly $150,000 in alleged unpaid debt as she deals with the ongoing legal battle surrounding her son, KJ Biermann.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s financial woes are coming to light in two separate lawsuits filed against her in Georgia.
According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Kim was sued by Headway Capital in April 2026. The financial company alleges that Zolciak entered into a business-use line of credit and security agreement for her now-defunct company, 8 Busy B’s LLC, and failed to repay the debt.
Headway Capital claims it provided Zolciak with a revolving line of credit and that she subsequently defaulted on the payments. The company is seeking $74,983.89 in principal, plus $55,650.14 in accrued interest, as well as additional pre- and post-judgment interest.
That brings the amount allegedly owed to $130,634.03, before additional interest.
Court documents show a Gwinnett County sheriff’s deputy served Zolciak at her Georgia home on June 23. A hearing scheduled for August 8 was later canceled, and no new hearing date has been listed. Zolciak has not responded to the lawsuit.
Online records show Zolciak and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, registered 8 Busy B’s LLC in Georgia on November 7, 2019. The company has since been dissolved.
Kim is also facing a separate lawsuit over an alleged $16,759.51 credit card debt.
According to an affidavit, a process server has made more than 10 attempts to serve Kim since July 16 at the former home she shared with Kroy. The process server was reportedly told by security that Kim no longer lives at the property.
The process server also attempted to contact Zolciak by phone and left several voicemails but allegedly received no response. His most recent attempt was August 22, just days after KJ’s August 17 arrest.
