Katie Maloney is putting her VPR bestie on blast in a teaser for Stassi Schroeder’s new Hulu series.
The Vanderpump Rules alum spoke with Amanda Hirsch on the Get Real podcast about her decision to come out of “reality TV retirement.”
“There’s one person that could bring me out of retirement, and that was Stassi,” Katie dished on the June 18 episode.
Katie admitted that she and Stassi are no strangers to falling out and finding their way back to each other, especially in front of cameras.
So, meeting up on camera for the first time in two years wasn’t as unnatural as some might expect.
“We’ve spent so much of our friendship falling out and coming back together on TV, so it weirdly wasn’t this totally unnatural thing,” Katie explained.
In the sneak peek, Katie and Stassi meet up at an old VPR-era stomping ground, The Belmont.
“You just make your world smaller and smaller and smaller, to the point where it’s like… if they didn’t come out of you, if they aren’t married to you, or if they aren’t on your f**king payroll, they don’t get to be in your life,” Katie said of Stassi’s tight-knit circle.
Cutting to Stassi’s confessional, the reality star praised Katie’s honesty and admitted she knew she needed her partner-in-crime by her side for the show.
