Former The Valley couple Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei have officially reached a divorce settlement — and it’s surprisingly drama-free.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on October 27, the exes agreed that “irreconcilable differences” made their marriage impossible to continue.
Jesse and Michelle will share joint custody of their daughter, Isabella, on a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule.
They also committed to making major decisions together regarding Isabella’s schooling and medical needs.
Holiday and birthday plans were also clearly outlined:
- Michelle will have Isabella on her birthday each year
- Jesse will have her on his birthday
- The parent who has custody at the time can decide on any social events Isabella attends
No Child or Spousal Support
Neither party will pay child support, and they’ll split Isabella’s health insurance expenses, as well as costs for her ballet and gymnastics.
As for spousal support? Both waived their rights:
“Each party acknowledges that he or she is healthy, gainfully employed and/or fully capable of supporting and maintaining oneself.”
Division of Assets
Jesse will walk away with:
- A 2024 BMW M850i
- Multiple bank accounts
- Several credit cards
- Responsibility for a 2018 IRS tax payment
Michelle will keep:
- A 2025 BMW X-1
- Two Chase bank accounts
- All rights to her company
- Three credit cards
All in all, this settlement appears clean, civil, and shockingly cordial — especially compared to the tension viewers saw between the pair on The Valley.
