Jax Taylor, who claimed he checked into an in-patient therapy treatment center after discussing “mental health” issues, posted cryptic videos to his Instagram story reflecting on his journey. The Valley personality’s videos came on the heels that his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright is dating The Bachelorette‘s Tanner Courtad.
Jax’s Insta stories:
Paired with Summertime Sadness by Lana Del Rey, Jax reshared video of a brooding Cillian Murphy resting with a bottle of booze, a neat drink, and a cigarette. The video used a banner that stated ‘real’ as well as a the title, “POV: A man doesn’t talk about problems.”
He added his commentary to the bottom of the slide. “I’ve believed this my entire life and this cycle is going to stop NOW. I will teach my son it’s okay; it’s not weakness, but strength to ask for help.”
The next video linked to a video about having to make sacrifices in order to become a man.
“You have to sacrifice who you are today for who you want to become tomorrow. There’s a verse in the bible that says, ‘When I became a man, I put away childish things. You can’t become the best version of yourself unless you’re willing to neglect who you are today … the bad habits, bad friendships, bad relationships, the bad mindset. There is a price to success. It hurts.”

This isn’t the first time Jax has posted to on social since he’s been in an in-patient program.
The former Vanderpump Rules star took to his Instagram story on July 31st to share why he’s decided to make this giant step for his mental well-being. Alongside a photo of Jax holding his son, Cruz, he wrote, “Trying to get better for you, buddy. Daddy loves you so much.” Jax proceeded to tag his 3-year-old’s Instagram account in the message. Nowhere in Jax’s post was mention of his wife/baby mama, Brittany Cartwright.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch:
Brittany’s been spending time with one of the hunks from Charity Lawson‘s season of The Bachelorette, Tanner Courtad. The fitness trainer and Brittany have been seen together multiple times Jax’s Studio City and Janet Caperna’s birthday party. Tanner also joined Brittany on the When Reality Hits podcast she usually hosts with her husband.
