90 Day Fiancé star Jasmine Del Carmen Palazzolo filed to divorce Gino Palazzolo. If this sounds like déjà vu, that’s because Jasmine filed to end her marriage to Gino in August.
TMZ has learned of a complication that Jasmine encountered – she hasn’t been able to serve Gino divorce papers in the last couple months.

Since Jasmine was unsuccessful in having Gino served, she published the legal documents in the local paper!
An article was published in Florida’s La Gaceta newspaper informing Gino that his marriage is over. Allegedly, Jasmine made the move after she was unable to serve Gino at his home in Michigan, despite multiple attempts.
Gino allegedly wants to keep all the money Jasmine made from the hit TLC series. He reasons that the funds should be given to him because she does not yet have her work permit.
Gino said that’s not how it went down:
According to Thomas Quartz, Gino’s lawyer, Gino was the one to file for divorce first … in Michigan.
Quartz claims Jasmine is “refusing to accept service and trying to get alternate service for her own case.” Thomas says he’s advised his client that “she owes him money, and he wants Gino to go for every red cent.”
