You can call Heather Gay a Bad Mormon or a Good Time Girl, just don’t call her a mean girl.
After the first installment of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 5, fans took to social media to share their opinions of Heather since she’s slimmed down.
ICYMI:
Andy Cohen asked a fan question. โCan you see how you were giving mean girl energy this season?โ
โThatโs just an interesting read,โ Heather responded. โI guess when I was heavier, I was more of an underdog. So it was OK when I stuck up for myself. Season 1 Heather had a lot more confidence than this girl.โ
Heather continued, โThis show strips you of your ego. It strips you of your confidence. When I was heavier, I had to fight a lot harder battles and I was a lot meaner.” She brought โa lot more anger and rageโ in the past.
The Beauty Lab + Laser owner made a point about her figure from the first several seasons of RHOSLC. โYou have to have a lot more confidence to show up when no clothes fit. Iโm wearing a stretchy jumpsuit, Iโm next to all these beautiful women,โ Heather added. โI have confidence in spades to do this whole show.โ
Heather said that sheโs โhappyโ and โproudโ of how far sheโs come. But, “I donโt want that to make me meaner. I am different, but it has nothing to do with the fact that I took medication that made me lose weight.โ
RHOSLC fans reacted:
- Weight has nothing to do with your โsoulโ
- Sheโs always been a mean girl, she was just a heavier
- I used to be heavier and know what she’s talking about, but she came across mean, not confident.
- Maybe Whitney should take her on a hilling journey
