Giggly Squad has found a new home!
The Hollywood Reporter exclusively reported that Hannah Berner and Paige DeSorbo’s podcast, Giggly Squad, has struck a four-year deal with SiriusXM following a competitive bidding process.
(Their podcast was previously with Acast.)
As part of the deal, which begins Wednesday, SiriusXM will handle exclusive global sales for the audio and video episodes of the podcast.
The deal will also include new and exclusive programming from Giggly Squad, with more details expected to drop in 2027.
Sources allege the multi-year deal is worth a whopping $160 million.
To put that into perspective, other major podcast deals in recent years include Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy at around $125 million and SmartLess at $100 million.
Paige and Hannah celebrated the major move in a statement to The Hollywood Reporter:
“We’re so excited for this next chapter with SiriusXM. Giggly Squad has grown beyond anything we could have imagined and getting to experience that growth with the Gigglers has made it even more special. We can’t wait for what’s next and to keep giggling together.”
ICYMI: “giggly squad” was infamously named after an argument involving Kyle Cooke during a season 4 group dinner scene.
Kyle was frustrated by Hannah and Paige giggling and having a side conversation instead of paying attention
