Gia Giudice wants her iHeart podcast listeners to know Teresa Giudice and Louie Ruelas‘s tax debts “will be resolved.”
The eldest dorter of the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG downplayed the severity of the IRS’s $3M case against her mom and stepfather.
Gia’s statement of support for Tre and Louie:
Making light of the IRS debt, Gia stated, “We have had a lot of positive moments this week.” Eventually, she addressed the “negative moments.”
“I’m sure you all have seen the news.”
Gia explained, “My mom has been the sole provider for my sisters and I since the minute my father [Joe Giudice] left for prison. She has been working her ass off to make sure that my sisters and I live a stable life and that my family is financially stable. Like, I can’t stress enough how much my mom has worked.”
“Everything will be resolved.”
The upcoming star of Making It In Manhattan continued, “My mom has everything under control. There’s nothing to worry about.”
“My stepdad, Louie, is the most amazing stepfather. He treats my sisters and [me] like we are his own. He is also working on getting everything resolved as well.”
“But, there’s nothing to worry about. Everything’s going to be fine. Thank you for your concern.”
The tax lien and debts:
People obtained court docs proving the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars “have been hit with over $3 million in tax liens.” In December 2024, Louie was issued another lien for $163,523.94. The New Jersey Courts website shows the case remains open, per the publication.
Teresa’s new husband is a lot like her ex, Joe Giudice. The RHONJ star went to camp – federal prison – in 2015 for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud when she was married to her dorters’ dad.
“I know in my heart I was not supposed to go there. I know I only went because I’m in the public eye. Listen, I’ll shout it out to the world. I signed two contracts that Joe was flipping two homes he was buying. That’s all I did. I knew nothing about what he was doing. I mean, I have nothing to hide. Like, I did my time already, you know?”
