Eva Marcille is apparently not the best neighbor…
The RHOA alum is being sued by her homeowners association over alleged violations at her Atlanta home.
According to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the HOA for the neighborhood where Eva owns a five-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion worth $1.8 million claims the reality star has received numerous notices regarding violations of the community’s maintenance standards.
The HOA claims Eva has failed to treat weeds, mow her lawn, remove inoperable vehicles from her driveway, maintain current vehicle registration, and keep trash cans out of public view.
According to the suit, Eva was given ample opportunity to become compliant but allegedly failed to do so.
Now, the HOA is seeking more than $22K in past assessments and fines from Eva. They also want a judge to order her to address the alleged violations and comply with the neighborhood’s maintenance standards ASAP.
Eva herself hasn’t publicly addressed the lawsuit, but her lawyer and ex-husband, Michael Sterling, released a statement to the publication.
“Let me be absolutely clear: Eva Marcille Sterling is NOT going to lose her home over weeds in her lawn or a vehicle parked outside her residence. Period.”
