Word on the street [not Rodeo Drive, in this case] Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘s Erika Jayne Girardi isn’t deemed ‘interesting’ enough to continue as a full-time cast member, but a ‘friend of’ instead.

Is Erika Jayne the uninteresting party?
An anonymous tipster alleged the following claim about casting for the 15th season of RHOBH.
“This West Coast housewife who recently wished her former co-star was ‘a bit more interesting’ found herself receiving a friend-of contract for next season.”
ICYMI, Erika famously/infamously found Garcelle Beauvais being a self-made success dull. EJ’s very interesting life involves changing wallpaper in a rental, failing to credit designers, and taking ownership of music that isn’t hers.
This ruuuuhhhmur isn’t consistent with what Erika said about RHOBH’s casting for season 15:
Erika claimed casting for the show’s 15th season is uncertain. Fan favorite Garcelle Beauvais chose not to return, leaving the other women’s futures in limbo. The Masked Singer’s ‘Yorkie’ told US Weekly that casting is still being worked out.
“No one knows who’s coming back. That’s all up in the air.” Bravo has not announced any casting decisions for Season 15 and famously does not comment on rumors.
Erika was no stranger to coming for Garcelle:
Never forget the shady comments EJ made about Garcelle’s 90’s “roster” during an episode of RHOBH.
During a WWHL appearance, Garcelle declared “F*ck Erika.” The Love Me As I Am author reminded Andy, “I was a young starlet. Maybe I did peak.”
Seemingly critiquing EJ’s marriage to Tom Girardi, she noted, “I married for love, not for money.”
