Real Housewives of Rhode Island star Kelsey Swanson views Dorit Kemsley‘s financial situation as a cautionary tale.
During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Kelsey shared her opinion on being a homeowner … and why she doesn’t want to end up like the Unburdened Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality.

Host Andy Cohen asked Kelsey about her conflict with Rosie DiMare over square footage. “Why are you speaking on shading the size of Rosie and her husband’s house when you don’t even have a house in your name?”
Kelsey responded … and took a jab at the loquacious RHOBH personality. “Listen, do I want to end up like Dorit?”
She pontificated, “What happens when your man stops paying your mortgage?”
“It’s not a flex to be put on a house. I really don’t care.”

As fans of RHOBH know, Dorit’s book advance gave her some financial freedom. Despite rumors that Dorit’s book wouldn’t make it to the shelf, it appears that Dorit’s book is ready.
