Dorinda Medley has a message for Jessel Taank after being called out for repeating a costume.
When the Housewives reached NYC on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip, the group enjoyed a quintessential New York Halloween party.
Dorinda showed up in her iconic Lady Gaga-inspired bubble costume, which she previously wore to her 2017 Halloween party.
And, of course, there’s the infamous story behind the look.
Dorinda once claimed the costume was designed for her by SNL’s “Andy Sandberg” — or Adam Sandler, depending on her retelling during Season 10 of OG RHONY.
However, Jessel appeared less than impressed when the queen of “making it nice” showed up to the party wearing the same costume.
Dorinda didn’t hold back while sharing what she wanted to say to Jessel on Radio Andy.
“I wanted to say I find it absolutely fascinating that you are on a franchise that we built with several iconic moments and you do not know about them all,” Dorinda said on the Sept. 23 episode.
She continued, “I think it would behoove you to do a bit of research.”
Dorinda also took it a step further, calling out what she viewed as Jessel’s lack of respect for the OGs.
“I’m sorry, there should be a level of respect for the original, you know what I mean?”
I have to agree with Dorinda on this one.
She understood the assignment, and that was to celebrate iconic moments across the Housewives franchises.
Dorinda’s bubble dress, which had lost a majority of its bubbles by the end of the original party, will forever be a Housewives moment.
