Aaron Phypers accused Wild Things actress Denise Richards of living like, well, a wild thing.
The estranged husband of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills gave a tour of the home to Inside Edition to expose his ex’s lifestyle.
Inside the rental used on Denise Richards and her Wild Things:
Aaron showcased rooms with piles of clothes. Dressers covered in trash and dust clutter a child’s room. “There are hundreds of dollars’ worth of vintage clothing in here. It is riddled with moths.”
Pointing to a messy bathroom countertop filled with opened and used toiletries, he added, “[Denise] buys makeup and keeps buying makeup, and gets more makeup.”
“I don’t know if it’s hoarding. It’s something.”
The bottom floor is where Aaron lives with his parents, brother, and Denise’s 15 dogs.
Aaron’s mom [who Denise called to testify against Aaron] added, “I loved Denise and I treated her like a daughter, and I don’t understand.”
Denise claims Aaron is the Wild Thing:
The Drop Dead Gorgeous actress has claimed via court docs that she moved out two years ago. Denise blamed her ex and his family for having “severely damaged the property.” Aaron claimed Denise “left the house in a state of disarray.”
Denise learned her deadbeat ex received an eviction notice for unpaid rent. Page Six reported that Denise asked the court to require Aaron, his parents, and brother to vacate the LA property. According to court documents, Aaron was supposed to be in charge of the rent starting in January.
The landlord entered the chat to state he’s been trying to contact Aaron about unpaid rent for the past six months. He’s been unsuccessful.
So, the landlord allegedly moved to evict Aaron from the property.
