Carl Radke just wants some “softness” in his life, and he finally got it!
The Summer House star “soft launched” his Brooklyn based sober bar and café yesterday on Instagram.
Soft Bar is “Brooklyn’s first non-alc bar + cafe for mindful consumption.”

In an exclusive statement to Page Six, Carl spoke to the inspiration behind the sober bar’s name.
“While ‘Soft drinks’ is a term used in the US,” the Summer House star begins. “It has a different connotation, typically representing soda.”
Carl says he “wants to define a new — and much needed — category and space, having ‘soft drinks’ or ‘softs’ be seen as functional and high-quality non-[alcoholic] beverages for adults.”
“I was sharing this thought during a conversation with my co-founder as we discussed raising the bar in the non-[alcoholic] space, ultimately leading us to the name ‘Soft Bar.’”
Bravo fans were quick to notice the irony of Carl’s Brooklyn-based mindful bar linking back to arguments between the former fiancés during Summer House.
In case you missed it: Carl took umbrage with Lindsay Hubbard’s perceived “lack of empathy” and “softness” toward his career hiatus.
With Lindsay’s biological clock ticking, and a looming wedding, HubbHouse didn’t have much time to babysit Carl’s emotions while also being the breadwinner.
There’s no official opening date for Soft Bar, but according to the brand’s social media, it’s coming soon.
I wonder if Lindsay and her baby bump will stop by for a mocktail…
