Captain Sandy Yawn from Below Deck Med‘s resume continues to grow as she makes her acting debut on UP Faith & Family’s Hudson & Rex.
According to reports from Us Weekly, Captain Sandy’s appearance is full of Below Deck Easter eggs.
According to the official episode description, Sandy plays Captain Michelle Sirocco. Below Deck Med fans may have clocked that Captain Michelle’s last name, Sirocco, is a callback to a boat Sandy steered in season 2.
“Captain Michelle Sirocco is a highly professional captain who is currently helming a somewhat smaller vessel while she waits for her next super yacht to be outfitted. Unfortunately, her current charter is the thoroughly unlikeable Jake Kaufman, a ruthless businessman, his wife, and a business partner.”
