Amanda Batula and West Wilson‘s relationship rocked the Summer House, specifically their exes Kyle Cooke and Ciara Miller, but the chaos will continue on the spinoff, In The City.
Programming update!
According to The Ankler, Frances Berwick, Chairman for Bravo and the Unscripted division of Peacock, revealed that cameras picked up Scandoval-style for Scamanda, or Mid-West Side Story … as I like to call it.
“In the City, which launches in a couple of weeks, you’ll see in the first episode, we have a new scene that we shot with a couple of cast members. So, we did pick it up there, but we feel we just didn’t like that it was the right thing to do on Summer House.”
Allegedly, the new footage includes scenes with Amanda, Kyle, West, and Ciara, allowing them to address the drama.
What we know about In The City so far:
The internet has been in a full spiral ever since Amanda Batula and West Wilson confirmed their rumored romance in a joint statement.
Naturally, fans have been wondering how the spinoff — which filmed last fall — will handle their now public relationship.
While the trailer doesn’t fully dive into their romance, it does show Amanda and West linking up, with West greeting his costar-turned-lover with a casual “Mandy.”
In the City premieres May 19, kicking off with a two-hour crossover event alongside the Summer House Season 10 finale.
