I’d like to go back to a simpler time when former Real Housewives of New York star, Bethenny Frankel, made wacky seafood boil videos and reviewed drug store makeup.
Unfortunately for the ‘Reality Reckoning‘ pioneer, the interview Bethenny did with Rachel [Raquel] Leviss post-Scandoval caused more of a backlash than she was ready for.
On a recent Just B With Bethenny Frankel podcast, B sarcastically responded to the Bravoholics who felt her interview with the former Vanderpump Rules star felt exploitative.
“I’m so sorry everybody that we went to number one and that I had Rachel on and that it was a terrible exploitation because I’m going to in the future goo goo ga ga that every single podcast guest to make sure I want to snuggle with them and give them a lollipop and a teddy bear because they’re my friends.”
Continuing to speak in a demented baby voice, she added, “We have to snuggle. I want to snuggle with all of my podcast guests. I’m going to call up Mark Cuban and be like, ‘Why don’t we snuggle?'”
“Do you think I care about you?”
When Bethenny’s rant couldn’t get any more bizarre, she started to namedrop.
“Matthew McConaughey, are you thinking about whether I care about you before I have you on?”
“Hillary Clinton, did you and Bill talk about whether I care? I had you on because I care about you. You’re my friend.”
Throwing shade at her neighsayers, she announced she was “only going to have people that I really love and care about on the podcast. Cuz this is Valentine’s Day. And it’s a Hallmark card.”
“Only podcast with the ones you love,” concluded the former RHONY star.
