Bethenny Frankel, the forever unfiltered former Real Housewife of New York, just spilled tea on TikTok about the reality shows she’s passed on over the years.
With the Dancing With the Stars season 34 cast freshly announced, a fan asked why we’ve never seen Bethenny competing for the mirror ball trophy.
Turns out, it wasn’t for lack of invitations.
Bethenny explained that she prides herself on only taking work that’s “intentional” and aligned with her best interests.
She admitted she’s been approached multiple times to join DWTS but always turned it down — partly because the timing wasn’t right, and partly because she didn’t want to leave her daughter behind for filming.
“I was going to do it because I do like to sing,” she said of another offer, revealing she was also tapped to appear on The Masked Singer.
But wearing a mask for an entire competition just wasn’t the right fit for her either.
Bethenny summed it up the way only she can: if the project doesn’t feel authentic, she’s not signing on — no matter how flashy the opportunity.
