Ashley Iaconetti is clapping back at her costar’s claim that she’s only around when cameras are rolling.
The RHORI star admitted on the Chicks in The Office podcast that she didn’t really understand where Kelsey Swanson’s comments were coming from.
“It was just odd to hear,” Ashley said, even pulling up their messages to prove she doesn’t ignore her.
“She also spoke as if she’s invited me out, but I’m like, you have never invited me out,” the Bachelor in Paradise alum noted.
Ashley also acknowledged she hasn’t exactly been blowing up Kelsey’s phone either.
“It’s a two-way street.”
The reality star went on to explain that she regularly spends time with other women in the group.
Ashley shared she’s with Rosie weekly, and has dinners with Rulla and Alicia— seemingly shutting down the idea that she only interacts with the cast while filming.
“Are you on my phone? Are you in my house?”
ICYMI: while Ashley’s husband, Jared Haibon, is a born-and-bred Rhode Islander, Ashley herself is not.
The smallest state in the country is known for being incredibly tight-knit, and outsiders may have a harder time fully acclimating into the social circle.
Ashley has previously admitted she sometimes feels like an “outsider” among such a deeply connected community.
