Ashley Darby opened up about the bleeped out audio that Monique Samuels played during the season 10 reunion.
While speaking at The Reality Rundown live show in D.C., Ashley said the audio included one of Monique’s children asking, “Who is Stacey?” after allegedly overhearing their father speaking to someone by that name.
Ashley explained that because the name came from a child — not someone connected to the show — it raised eyebrows.
In her view, the kids wouldn’t just randomly know a “Stacey” unless they heard it directly.
She also noted that due to the legal issues Monique is currently facing, there were limits on what she could actually share.
Ashley reaffirmed that when the audio played, “jaws were on the floor.”
ICYMI: Monique revealed during Part 3 that her ex-husband Chris Samuels sent her a cease and desist the day before reunion taping.
Since filming, she’s taken to Threads to “clear” Stacey, saying she no longer believes Stacey had anything to do with allegedly leaking information to Chris.
“A lot of time has passed since the reunion was filmed and after gaining more info since then, I don’t believe Stacey had anything to do with any of that bullshit,” Monique wrote on March 2.
She also teased that once she watches all the reunion episodes, she’ll go live on Instagram to share the “entire story.”
