Let’s talk about Ariana and the alleged revenge porn.
Former Vanderpump Rules ‘mistress,’ Rachel Leviss, filed a lawsuit against her ex-paramour, Tom Sandoval, and Ariana Madix for “revenge porn, invasion of privacy, eavesdropping and intentional infliction of emotional distress.”
Ariana did not spread revenge porn:
On an episode of Scheana Shay‘s Scheananigans podcast from several months ago, Ariana discussed the infamous video that brought the ‘Scandoval‘ to light … and she spread revenge porn.
“I have not shown or sent that video.”
Ariana continued, “I don’t have it,” nor did I “hold onto it for any reason. That video was gone, gone, gone before I ever called her on the phone.”
“And – just so everyone knows – I saw about five seconds of it.”
“I wasn’t sitting there popping popcorn that night” plotting to send revenge porn, claimed Ariana.
“So, I know that she said that people know it’s in it. It’s very simple.”
“I’m not gonna get into the details, but there’s not a lot of details. It’s straightforward.”
**We know the content of the video because Kristen Doute talked about it, not Ariana.**
“It’s really fucked up.”
Don’t forget about the Cease and Desist after Scandoval news dropped:
During Ariana’s resurfaced interview, she made a point to acknowledge the legal measures Rachel took immediately after Ariana discovered the sexually explicit video on Tom’s phone in early 2023, proving she did not spread revenge porn.
“The other thing, my lawyer made all that very clear … the second [Rachel] sent the Cease and Desist to the entire cast as a precaution – definitely think that’s a great idea. I think that’s the right thing to do I totally get why that was sent out great precaution to take you should take that precaution – my lawyer responded to said precaution with very thorough, very clear information that proved, and showed absolutely not.”
“Here’s proof [that Ariana didn’t record or share Rachel and Tom’s explicit video]. All the stuff.”
Regarding Rachel’s case against Sandoval:
Ariana agrees that if Tom recorded Rachel without consent, “that is a big issue.”
“That is something she should address with him directly.”
Bravo TV fans react to Ariana’s claim about revenge porn:
- The truth is Rachel is just like Sandy. She blew up her life and she has to blame everyone else for it.
- I thought she took a picture of the video
- The truth will come out in court. I don’t take anyone at their word on this cast.
- The audacity of Rachel to sue Ariana is beyond low…. especially when Rachel knows Ariana didn’t share that video or show it to anyone
- So because she says it, makes it automatically true? There are two sides to every story and if Tom has lied or is lying which we know to be true; by admission on other fronts – why can’t she be just as guilty? Just playing devils advocate here. 🤷🏻♂️
