Chef Penny Files Another Lawsuit Against Something About Her’s Ariana Madix And Katie Maloney

Chef Penny Davidi Borsuk filed another lawsuit against Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney. This time, for breaking a business agreement for their sandwich shop, Something About Her. New legal docs obtained by TMZ claim the Vanderpump Rules stars “failed to uphold their end of the agreement when she took on the role of COO/Director of Culinary at the West Hollywood restaurant.”

Penny’s POV:

In June of 2023, the Bravo TV stars allegedly promised Chef Penny a 10% partnership deal. Between filing trademarks for SAH and developing the menu, the Food Network star claims she was “supposed to be paid $7,500 a month until January.” From there, her rate would “increase to $10K a month.”

Chef Penny involved the court because the VPR personalities “denied the existence of [their] partnership.” According to Penny, she has ‘proof 👏 receipts 👏 timeline 👏 screenshots 👏‘ to back up her allegations. She’s hopes a judge will “uphold the terms of the agreement.” Additionally, Penny wants to be “properly paid for the work she did.”

Chef Penny’s trademark drama with Katie and Ariana:

Penny’s attorney husband, Jonathan Lee Borsuk, who is also behind the ‘Put A Fork In It LLC,’  alleged the trademark application “is not holding up the opening of the restaurant.”

Ariana and Katie filed an opposition to Penny’s trademark case on June 25, 2024 hotshot trademark attorney, Barbara A. Solomon.

Another day, another lawsuit for Ariana:

Yesterday, it was revealed Tom Sandoval filed a lawsuit against the Love Island USA host for allegedly accessing his phone without his “permission.” Never forget, Tom is being sued for recording the XXX video of Rachel Leviss without her consent.

The Disrespectfully podcast host posted “Cream rises to the shop” to her Instagram story in support of her bestie/business partner. Even Tom Schwartz deleted a post from his Instagram page that celebrated his Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner’s birthday.
