Andy Cohen can’t help but ship Liam Neeson and Pamela Anderson‘s budding romance from the set of The Naked Gun.
Never forget, Liam’s late wife, Natasha Richardson, “was a dear friend” of Andy’s. She passed in 2009 in a skiing accident.
Love is in the air!
During his Radio Andy broadcast, Andy Cohen gushed about Liam’s new romance. “I’m gonna tell you something – I and all of the friends in this circle are very much stanning whatever this is.”
Andy added that it has been “16 years” since Natasha passed. While Liam has not dated anyone since losing his wife, Andy sees similarities between Pam Anderson and Natasha.
“As I was telling him at the premiere party, I go, ‘Liam, she is an independent woman just like Tash was. She loves to cook. She has her own thing going on. [Pamela] has two boys. This just works.’”
Andy also had a lot of love for Pamela and the strength she’s shown over the years amid her many relationship ups and downs. “She is a formidable human being … what she’s been through and how she kind of reclaimed herself and redefined herself,” he said.
A family affair:
Pamela and Liam both have adult children that are about the same age. The Baywatch actress shares two sons, Brandon Thomas Lee, 29, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 27, with ex-husband Tommy Lee.
The actor is the father of two sons Micheál Richardson, 30, and Daniel Neeson, 28, whom he shared with Natasha.
The Naked Gun stars’ children joined them on the red carpet at the New York City premiere of their film.
