The drama between Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards continues to unfold, and it’s giving major soap opera energy — only this time, it’s painfully real.
Previously, Denise claimed that Aaron “repeatedly abused” her during their six-year marriage, even securing a temporary restraining order.
But now, Aaron is flipping the script — accusing her of stepping out during their relationship.
In a new interview with TMZ, Aaron shared that one night, while watching TV with Denise, she fell asleep — and that’s when he decided to go through her phone. In the “recently deleted” folder, he allegedly uncovered a series of “super inappropriate” text messages.
According to him, when confronted, Denise begged him not to leave her.
But it didn’t stop there.
Aaron recounted another moment of betrayal — this time, during her reconstructive surgery. He claims his gut told him to check her phone again, where he found more evidence of an alleged affair — while he was nursing her back to health.
The final straw? Denise supposedly destroyed Aaron’s phone, erasing what he says was photographic proof of her infidelity.
At this point, it’s a classic case of he said, she said. And while cheating is a huge betrayal, let’s be clear: allegations of abuse should never be minimized or overshadowed.
