Hours after court documents accusing Aaron Phypers on physically and verbally abusing Denise Richards were made public, Aaron gave a statement to Us Weekly denying the claims.
Deny, deny, deny:
The actress/Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum was granted a temporary restraining order against Aaron.
But, according to Aaron, Denise’s claims against him are “Not true [and] conjured up. I have the real evidence.”
Denise’s legal docs state, “Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head.”
“[Aaron would] aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me. [He’d] hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages.”
Legal protection for Denise:
The restraining order will last through August 8, when the exes are due in court.
Aaron has been ordered to stay 100 yards from Denise, her home, her place of work, and her vehicle.
Denise reported Aaron has at least eight unregistered guns.
