Tom Schwartz joined his buddy Jax Taylor on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, and honestly, it was just as uncomfortable and sad to watch as the newest episode of The Valley.
After spending 30 days in a “rehabilitation facility,” Jax has finally reemerged and reinserted himself into the group.
In true Jax fashion, he wasted no time placing blame on everyone but himself for the mess he made.
Thankfully — though historically a top-tier enabler — Tom Schwartz didn’t completely mince words when it came to his new neighbor’s behavior.
“What he just said, I mean, is one part pathetic, but another part brutally honest,” Schwartz told Andy Cohen.
He also admitted he doesn’t think Jax has fully changed yet, but he’s still hopeful.
“I’ll give him credit for the 201 days of sobriety.”
“I’m holding space for hope, that’s for sure,” Tom said.
Personally, I think Tom Schwartz is being super mindful about the way he speaks about Jax and his shortcomings because of how much he dropped the ball with Sandoval. You can be a good friend and still hold your friends accountable.
Looks like Tom finally figured that out!
