Tom Sandoval addressed his pit stains on Peacock‘s whodunnit competition show, The Traitors US.
The Vanderpump Rules alum took to his Instagram story to explain why he was sweating profusely at breakfast.
Jet lag:
“Man, that video, I looked rough. I also felt like shit. I mean, I had, like, over 24 hours of travel, including an eight-hour layover, which made my immune system go to shit and cause the domino of problems.”
“I’m sure you could tell my eye was swollen because I gotta stye in my eye. The stress and the weakened immune system caused canker sores, [and a] sore throat.”
Luggage lost:
In addition to Sandoval’s health issues arriving in Scotland, the airline lost his luggage. “I was at the mercy of the wardrobe department, which, by the way, they did a great job.”
In an instantly infamous moment, the ‘faithful’ sweat through his gray t-shirt during breakfast. “The day that they gave me the thickest wool sweater I’ve ever worn,” he recalled. “And man, that thing, I was sweating my ass off. It was hot in there. And well, I’m only human.”
He added, “At least I can laugh at it now, as you guys all have.”
Chrishell Stause has a theory why Sandoval was so sweaty at breakfast:
During an interview on Watch What Happens Live, the Selling Sunset‘s high-end real estate agent insinuated Tom was detoxing.
Chrishell left the Castle for the Clubhouse where she dished to Andy Cohen about her time with Tom Sandoval.
“The castle was not cold,” Chrishell noted of Tom’s pit stains. Very carefully, Chrishell hinted Tom was going through withdrawl from controlled substances.
“I think Sandoval was imbibing in … probably drinking a lot of coke. He had too much sugar in his system.”
