Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval was granted a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, after months of legal drama.
According to court documents Page Six obtained, a Los Angeles judge granted Sandoval’s request for a restraining order after he and the model reached an agreement. The former couple waived a contested evidentiary hearing, and the order will remain in effect through October 1, 2028.
Under the terms of the order, Victoria is prohibited from contacting Tom, either directly or indirectly. She must also remain at least 100 yards away from the The Traitors US and House of Villains personality and has been ordered to move out of his Los Angeles residence.
The restrictions also apply if Tom and Victoria end up at the same place at the same time. If that happens, Victoria must leave … even if she arrived first. Sandoval may contact law enforcement if she refuses to leave.
Additionally, Victoria is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition while the restraining order is in effect.
In June, Victoria was arrested for abusing Tom. Sandoval claimed he was “verbally and physically abused by Victoria after a night of drinking.” It was reported that this was the “final straw in their rocky relationship, in which he says he was often mistreated.”
