The trailer for the season 11 reunion of Southern Charm dropped for an action-packed two-parter.
While there are side-line stories within the friend group, the underlying theme of the reunion is the People VS Craig Conover.
The cast wants Craig to own his behaviors:
“There are certain people that need to be held accountable,” an ominous voice warns in the official trailer.
Venita Aspen echoes the sentiment, saying, “There are some friendships that I want to save.” It soon becomes clear that Venita’s drama with Salley Carson has intertwined with the majority of the cast’s issues with Craig.
Since Craig publicly denounced Venita as his friend, he has found himself in the hot seat with most of the cast, including his longtime friends Austen Kroll and Shep Rose.
“Everyone here has a traumatizing story with Craig,” Austen claimed during the reunion. Shep added, “It’s hard for you to say you’re sorry,” speaking directly to Craig.
Craig threw a tantrum:
“Then you shouldn’t be friends with me,” snapped Craig when being forced to listen to his co-stars speak. “This sucks. I hate being here,” Craig says under his breath as he walked off the stage. “It’s just pile-on Craig. I just have to f*cking eat it.”
“I don’t even know if I’m coming back anymore,” he grumbled to producers.
Later, Craig argued with Salley over her meddling. He claimed that Charley “promised she wasn’t talking to anyone else the whole time we were together,” despite Salley’s claims to the contrary.
Charley, however, claps back in the trailer, telling Craig, “I did not” say that. Craig claims, “I was strung on.” She reminded Craig they only went on “two dates.”
Southern Charm’s two-part reunion begins on Wednesday, March 18, at 8 pm.
