Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Teddi Mellencamp shared an appreciation message dedicated to her estranged husband … whom she cheated on with a twice-married father who trains horses.

Teddi posted a lengthy statement to her Instagram grid that she paired with a video of her running on a Peloton treadmill. “The only person who can change your life is you. We have two options: pretend to be a victim, or stand up and fight for yourself. We all deserve peace and happiness.”
Seemingly, Teddi addressed her infidelity. “I have cried and mourned. I have taken accountability and apologized for the things I have done wrong. Now, I have given myself permission to grow and thrive.”
“I have decided not to pander to the media and tell my side because in the grand scheme of things, clickbait means nothing. And, of course, [there are] three sides to every story. She wondered, “How can I stand up and show up for the people that do matter?”
