Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Tamra Judge disclosed she had her boobs done after claiming she wouldn’t get implants again.

During an episode of Two T’s In a Pod, Tamra revealed she had her breasts augmented after she was diagnosed with an “animation deformity.”
According to the National Library of Medicine, this is when a complication post-reconstructive surgery happens. It’s due to “contraction of the pectoralis muscle against the breast implant, causing it and the overlying breast shape to unnaturally shift with muscle contraction.”
Five years ago, she vowed not to get her boobs done again due to the complications she experienced. She recalled suffering from autoimmune issues that had dissipated when she got her implants removed. Tamra has considered that it could’ve been triggered by stress.

Tamra came clean about going under then knife, but not by choice. A RHOC producer called her out on it while she was filming a joint confessional with Sophia. Her 19-year-old daughter was shocked to learn of the update.
“I had a low-cut dress on in my next confessional look, and we’re talking about plastic surgery. I didn’t know what to say.” Tamra continued, “I couldn’t go into these great details about what really was the issue.”
According to Tamra, her surgery lasted five hours and left her in two months of pain. But, she’s elated with her results. “I’m glad I had it done. I think they look beautiful. They’re full, I can wear low-cut shirts now, it makes me want to wear low-cut shirts.”

“During a past podcast episode that actually aired on the day of her breast operation, Judge had denied having undergone plastic surgery.” According to Michelle Lee’s keen memory/research, Tamra credited her refreshed appearance to weight loss and non-invasive tweaks during a WWHL appearance.
“Like, my hair’s darker. I’m definitely thinner, which makes a difference, I think, in your face. And then, new teeth [Judge got new veneers in October 2024]. That’s it, guys,” she quipped. “No surgery, no nothing.”
Did she lie? No.
But, she must have known she was heading into surgery within days(ish).
Since Tamra is typically so transparent about her cosmetic work, I couldn’t help but wonder: Why did Tamra try to hide her breast augmentation?
